What is #ASMR ?
To me ASMR is an art form, just as a movie can put you in a different state of mind, so can ASMR. The difference being, movies achieve this state of mind as a byproduct, while ASMR strives to find those bits and amplify them. Over the years ASMR has greatly evolved from a simple tingle to a full body and mind experience. With an infinite amount of genres designed to help you, most popularly it can be used for relaxation, focus, motivation, stress and anxiety relief.
As the asmr community rapidly grows so does it's understanding. No longer is asmr a guilty pleasure but rather a scientifically studied and proven method of relaxation as a branch of meditation. As a follower of ASMR you know just how beneficial it can be first hand, and if you are new, I greatly encourage you to step into this new world with and open mind... just be sure you're ready for it to be blown.

I don't know if ghosts are real but a couple of years ago I was recording a video in the kitchen and when I was going to edit the video I noticed that a shapeless "orb" of light had entered into the kitchen and stood still for less than a second and then left through the hallway. Many strange things happened in that house even to people who came for sleepovers and didn't know about the weird things that happened there... I could tell so many stories about all the weird things that happened there to us and the things people saw... I never actually saw anything except for that shapeless light thing i saw n the video but you would always feel like you were being watched... the house was in the middle of a forest and no neighbor lived close enough. In one part of the forest the tension was pretty big.... even my dog would act strange.. he sometimes didnt even want to go to that part of the forest...etc.. we moved unfortunately. ... i wanted to investigate more and maybe leave a camara recording at night to see if I caught something again.
Thank you for mentioning ghosts, PJ.... now I'm remembering all of that and I'm a bit scared lol.
