In price terms, Ginger is the most affordable. I've been using Grammarly, and I like it. However, it is expensive, given the currency conversion in certain countries.

@11:30 you said "jump to grammarly" when in fact switching to "ginger". Also grammarly does look better but to be fair you'd need to provide comparative analysis of paid subscriptions in both instances and not just one.

Grammarly is a better than Gingerboard but gingerboard is only 14.95 A YEAR while Grammarly wants 29.99 a month. What a big difference in price.

Nowadays, I would say that ProWriting Aid is my favorite (and I've been using most of these checkers) :)

Grammarly is good but it is far too expensive. Also I have two jobs and one job has grammarly banned. I just use mac spell correct and of I was suggestions for a rephrase: ChatGPT has me covered. I cant justify the cost.
Ginger is just clunky and annoying and always appear at the wrong place in the wrong time.... That is one good thing sbout Grammarly, its timing and placement is great. I just cant justify this cost.

I have been using Grammarly for a long time. Write now even when I'm writing Grammarly helping me a lot. But there is something which I found creepy. It's true that Grammarly is good when you're writing an e-mail or something, but sometimes Grammarly itself becomes confused and again suggests to me the same thing which it has previously suggested not to be. Secondly, if you're an ESL and you're trying to write a story or something then Grammarly may not be the best choice. Ginger gives you the rephrase tool which is far better than that of Grammarly. So far, they both are good and both are reliable.
