You know that saying, “Don’t quit your day job.” … Well it’s true, especially when it comes to trading.
My trading career didn’t happen overnight, and that’s OKAY!
I remember working 2-3 jobs. Restaurants, coffee shops, the YMCA ..you name it, I did it.
Then I transitioned to learning new skills like coding and marketing
I never stopped hustling, saving, and investing in myself along the way.
When I started to see consistently profitable trades, I realized I could drop my side hustles and put 100% in to trading.
Like I always say, having a successful career in trading is possible - but it is not easy!
I’m so grateful to be in a place where I get to not only trade full time, but help guide others on their trading journey!
With some focus, determination, and hard work - maybe you can quit your day job too!

I didn't leave my 9-5 until i had 100k in profits in 1 year. Then i lived off that 100k for the next year while trading to build the account again, never taking profits intra year. I've been doing that for 14 years now. Don't quit your job till you can live off last years profits.

If you want to quit your 9 to 5 to start trading, you need to have the ability to distinguish liquidity areas from major demand and supply zone else you'll keep running into more losses on your trades.

I wait for the price to make a support before grabbing liquidity, but it doesn’t really work out as i always end up with no significant profits. How can i distinguish liquidity areas from supply zone so I can cut my losses short?

      @bobkaiser3549 13 дней назад

Distinguishing existing supply zone from liquidity areas makes it a perfect trading opportunity. But when prices break through the order block it’ll lead to a major change in trend. so look for lower time frames before placing a trade

I wish i learnt most of these principles about seven years ago. A lot of people have been trapped strongly in the matrix-- Go to school, get a job, and then slave your whole life. Many miss out on life-changing information that could have great effect on their finances. I played with the trading market sometime in 2020, and I was surprised at how well it turned out. I want to put in $190k more into the market. I heard people are making really great returns despite the downturn. Any recommendations?

Yes, I've been in constant touch with a Financial Analyst for approximately 8 months. You know, these days it's really easy to buy into trendings, but the task is determining when to sell or keep. That's where my manager comes in, to help me with entry and exit points in the industries I'm engaged in. Can’t say I regret it, I’m 40% up in profits just in 5months with my initial capital of $160k.

For you to grow your portfolio in today's market, you really need to be coachable and willing to get off your high horses. I for example, have managed to grow mine from $150k to 300% of my initial deposit within the past few years just by copying trades from a broker that has better skillset and technical know-how than me.

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

And letting you use her trade signals. And she will also teach you how to trade as she trade for you, and let you know when to enter and exit trade for maximum profit as she trade for you. This goes a long way to ensure winning trades.

Worked as a software engineer for 10 years and even though I had not completed step 1, ended up taking the leap to trade full time a couple months ago. I was so sick of the corporate life and had to leave for my own sanity even without proven consistency. It still made sense for me because I had saved up a lot of buffer from my time working. completely resonate with taking the leap as being one of the best motivations to succeed. I already am intrinsically motivated and obsessed with trading, but the best motivation by far is to never wanting to go back to the 9-5 grind. Most family and friends will not be able to relate and encourage you to take the "safe" route. Remember that it is ultimately you that needs to take the leap for yourself because there will never be a perfect time.

I’m responsible for the income in our household - Wife, two kids, and our dog. My recommendation for people in my stage of life is to work hard in your field and maximize your income from a salary. Take the extra and trade with it slowly. Making slow but consistent returns. If you aren’t ready, be ok with not being ready and plan.

When u can take 100k out of your account. Pay the taxes on that withdrawal. Live off that withdrawal. And still have a sizable account to trade for the next 12 months. To make your next years salary. Anything other than that just isn't gonna work unless you hit a 500k profitable trade. Cause if your just gonna try and trade and spend your profits then your account will never grow. And it will shrink to nothing. You need at the very least 40k after taxes to survive.

You need to have at least two times your annual salary in the bank before you think about going full-time because once you go full-time, your psychology is gonna kick in and you’re probably gonna blow at least one time that amount before you even get going. If you’re the breadwinner, you should never quit your job until you’ve got at least twice your annual salary

For intraday 1-15 min chart. Sitting down and analyzinf NY Session etc.. yeah that is totally different. Also depends on time zone. Where I am at, NY session starts kind of at the end of my work-day. If you are young, you better grind, and learn to budget, otherwise don't be complaining later. If you have a family good, multiple jobs can help especially if you and your wife or husband work.

Keep the job. It pays the bills. Build your account up and leave it. Once you have $500,000 account, quite the job.

Why quit a job , more sources of income is better . 😊

Because when you're trading so much that you can make more money trading than being at your 9-5 where you most likely aren't allowed to be trading. It costs you money being at your 9-5

Not to mention the idea of POTENTIALLY making my monthly income in a single day, or hour or whatever (I know I know) is worth not working a job. Extra income? Sure. But the whole point of money is to buy TIME!
      Having more time is precious!
      Time for yourself, family, etc.
But sure….if you wanna keep a day job and be a slave all year just to get permission to LIVE for a week, go ahead.

      @@Beau-wp9yi indeed , i want to quit a job for sure …
i mean i wouldn’t force it , i would work till i reach 500k annually average from trading income .
9-5 sucks , but i respect it as it helped me to pay off my mentorship, firms and personal account money

To quit your 9-5 you need money. Money to live to trade another day and also money to just live a normal life for atleast 5 years( paying bills, going out on dates, travelling , your normal life).. so start saving some money . TRADING SHOULD NOT CHANGE OR AFFECT YOUR NORMAL LIFE
