I havent really been to a concert but do audiences legit sing along to the artist all the time like in this clip? You can hardly hear her singing with the noise of the crowd. Id be pissed off if i paid money for a ticket and couldn't hear them over the top of people singing!
Its just a jacket not a skirt but she is wearing a body suit under, most swimming pools you would see more skin then she is showing here so I don't see anything wrong with it since she is a adult.
