Had An Accident In The Gym Today. Axle Press, Broad Jumps, Close Grip Incline Press and c2 Rower

  • Dropped the barbell on my face doing close grip incline board press and nearly took my eye out.
    Gym accident.
    In other news the session was a success.
    Broad jumps up to 5ft 4in or 1.62 metres
    Axle push press and axle strict press
    Powell raise with dumbbell and Lu Raises for shoulder stability plus
    concept 2 rowing machine for fitness and conditioning

    4 times 500 metre rows under 2 mins each that would mullar me

      If you struggle maybe start at 200/250 metres and do multiple sets of this. Once you get 250 metres in under a minute each time you'll be ready to tackle 500m. It does get easier.
