      Actually the sound Abbayay works both ways for this! "Abbayay, this is so good!"

    I grew up with many of these sounds and my mom was by no stretch of the imagination, Arab. Not even close. Maybe these sounds are part of the universal human language. Something everybody understands, no matter what their native language.

    Many of those sounds are in Spanish I guess that the Arab heritage from Spain.
