- A Binghampton man said police arrested him on felony charges for something he didn’t do. Months later, the Shelby County District Attorney’s office threw out his case along with dozens more, because the officers involved are now charged with the death of Tyre Nichols.

I am going to keep saying that the chief needs to be fired. She knew those officers were a disgrace and corrupt. She needs to go. I am glad they are off the streets, hopefully out of society. It is time to get all corruption out of here.

District attorney's offices and prosecutor's office has typically work with law enforcement. When they come forward to agree with the civilians it means that the problem is so terrible that the DA has no choice
