It looks awesome and the person got skills. But really, it's not about saying the western world is better as there's also rotten stuff going on in the food industry. But come on guys, working in a clean surrounding doesn't cost a lot of money... I mean parchment paper and a splash of water every now and then.. It would make people more excited to taste those fantastic dishes if there's no mouse running over the cake, no icing which is made on a dirty counter top and if you'd wear gloves. If poor or not, working clean isn't a luxury good is all about how you take care of the resources you are allowed to use. :/

Love the decorative work on the cake- but as soon as you slice into it, you'll see the uneven layers and that let's it down. I'm sure the mouse doesn't give a shit about that though... 😒
