Everybody has come here to point out some thing or the other.while working with cake and decorating it is difficult to wear gloves f you watch similar videos u can see nobody uses gloves. And for the platform it's the colour.and not dirty.I am sure people do wash hands and the area were they work before any procedure. And now appreciate his skills.
It's Western countries culture to wear gloves we Indians keeps our hands washed and cleaned no one in our houses use gloves we are not getting affected by diseases don't make a issue and the place is cleaned and hygienic.
