In this clip, Michael Jai White started out by speaking about Muhammad Ali continuing to make appearances around the world after retiring from boxing and being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. After Michael spoke about Ali being strong from the inside out, he explained how people deal with the tough times in their lives show who they really are. He then spoke about some of his toughest fights, including doing 30-men black belt fights. Michael went on to speak about sparring with former UFC fighter Michael Bisping, which he said was embarrassing because he realized he was out of shape in the first round. To hear what he learned from that experience, hit the above clip.
They didn’t release the actual sparring session they just released a clip of them messing around. Stop playin with this man y’all think he goes around the world and trains with fighters in their respective camps for no reason. Man is a martial arts monster if you actually watch his videos not too many heavyweights moving with that quick twitch reflex he shows with his striking ability. Not saying he’s the best ever but definitely deserves respect to be doin what he’s doing at his age..💪🏾💪🏾

I can only imagine with a schedule like his it’s possible his training slacked off and he took it for granted he could do those rounds with a pro. I’ve witnessed and been a part of people testing for there higher ranking. Some academies, organizations or federation are that big where a lot of people show up to help.
But I’ve never seen 30, .. hey you never know🤷🏾♂️? It could be 30 men, 1 minute rounds for 30 minutes. Some call it shark tank. Again it’s a test of skill set, emotional strength, mental toughness and character.

See the thing is if jai white really wanted to test himself he has every opportunity to have a real fight, not sparring. There's factory workers who make minimum wage who still sacrifice and train every day and work towards a legit fight they have scheduled, and all for no money, it actually costs them money.
Where as jai white has heaps of money and time to train all day, and he'd even make money from the fight itself, people would pay to see it, but yet for all these interviews there's still not one fight.
I like the guy a lot, I just feel it can get stale hearing him constantly compare himself to those who really do put it on the line for real
Dude, MJW can set up 1 fight with boxing or UFC and make MILLIONS just based on who he is. He can make more money than he has made in all his movies COMBINED for 25 to 36 minute fight. MJW is a FRAUD and a Bullshit Artist. I like his choreographed fights in the movies tho.

In Thailand it was probably heat exhaustion from the tropical heat - and Michael just not aware of it. You have to spend 1 month there first, to let your body acclimatize.

Bisping's crazy pace and speed has always been his greatest weapon in both LHW and MW ... now that i think about it the only times bisping's ever lost has been via stopage getting caught early apart from the chael sonnen fight which was a close fight all the other times bisping would just put that crazy pace on people and KO them in the 3rd round ... think bigger version of the diaz brothers

It’s not easy to become UFC champion and a Hall of famer. If it is, you go do it. Michael Bisping definitely had his intangibles. His weakness was that he may have fought just a little too long. He should have retired after the last Dan Henderson fight.

Micheal Jai White is an actor. He has accomplished black belts in multiple disciplines but I doubt he’s ever been pragmatic as a fighter. Of course he could literally kill an ordinary person or even a tough street guy but he would never last even thirty seconds against an accomplished professional fighter. Jon Jones would literally kill him in less than twenty seconds. He speaks with a high level of confidence but his confidence surpasses reality to the point of delusion. He wouldn’t last thirty seconds against a professional fighter. He’s a bulk up guy whose physique looks impressive onscreen and in films but isn’t practical for fighting. I doubt he’s agile especially as a man in his fifties who is passed his prime
I forgot who said it but one of these pro fighters was being interviewed and when they were asked about MJW, they said they would let him talk but never take his advice seriously nor would they ask him follow-up questions. The guy went on to say that they don't look at someone like MJW as one of them....he hasn't been in the trenches and had fights like they have, so they don't hold him in that regard.

Micheal Jai White was legitimately trained in the martial arts but having lived his life as an actor without rigorous training for elite level competition there is absolutely no way he would last even 30 seconds against an elite fighter. How physique seems built for show and looks great in the movies. He would no doubt destroy a tough street guy or some of the toughest men in prisons but against an elite fighter it could only end in his death
