For a septic field, can I use a hydro jetter + endoscope camera + sludge sucker at the same time?
From what I've seen, septic hydrojetter pros:
-- stick an endoscope / drain camera down, then pull it out
-- then stick the jetter down, then pull it out
-- then stick the sucker to the pipe, then pull it off
-- then repeat, repeat, repeat ? (sometimes omitting the camera, relying on feel)
Is there a way to have the jetter + camera + sucker operating at the same time?
You'd need two people and two gas-powered pressure washers, I presume.
I plan to zip-tie an endoscope / borescope camera to the hydrojetter / water jetter to clear five 4-inch-diameter 60-foot leach pipes from 1973, and have a 2nd person hold a sludge sucker as close as possible to the pipe while the jetter hose (and endoscope) are in the pipe. There won't be a seal between the sucker and the pipe, and the sucker won't be submersed in water. Will this work well?
Is there a way to do it with only one pressure washer? (I'm almost certain there isn't, but worth asking.)
Although the sucker hose is only 1.5" (interior, i presume), the face of the sucker is >4", so it can't be inserted inside the 4" drain pipe.
I know jetters send water backwards which not only helps the nozzle stay / move forward, but also sends debris backwards. I know sludge suckers use the venturi effect to create a vacuum.
    Thanks

I hope you can advise if this pump would realistically operate in the capacity I am tasked. I would like to pump loose sludge mixed with leaves and small sticks from around my dock located on a fresh water lake, and discharge the sludge at a drop point in the yard. The lift should not be any more than 10-12 feet and from suction to discharge would be about 50 feet.
Could you offer any advice for using this pump for such a task?

The sludge sucker isn’t a pump and it would depend on the pressure washer you have or will be using to meet your cleaning need. Please visit us at www.hotsy.com/en/resources/support/ask-the-expert.html and we can guide further.
