      Yes, they are dated around 600 BCE. Not as ancient as the Kalibangan, Rakigarhi or Lothal ones.

    The British did indicate that bricks could have been invented in South Asia

      If you are referring to Sir John Marshall, the British Director of ASI (1902-31) who in the 1920s was responsible for the large-scale excavations that revealed Harappa and Mohenjo Daro, yes. Hats off to him! but the general position of the British Govt. on discoveries or inventions has been different.

    Then our indian govt can do the archeologist survey at indian ocean...!
    Indian University with research scholar they found man made structure of about 2 km long wall and more structure in deep of sea 50 km away from sea shore. In that research date going back to 15,000 yrs.

    Your information that a Britisher is credited with invention of burnt bricks somewhere in Europe is totally false and motivated. It were the British officials of the British India who discovered the Harappan civilisation. Alongwith this discovery the fact of burnt bricks also came to light. Why demonise the British for no fault of there's?
