It's time for a Jatai celebrity hair break down of a Miley Cyrus haircut. In this video, Russell Mayes breaks down Miley Cyrus' Pixie Mullet. Using the Feather Plier Razor and Jatai Tokyo Thinning Scissors, Russell builds the shape and creates texture. Miley Cyrus' pixie mullet has a lot of versatility. Miley has styled it to a more glamorous look as well as a rocker look. Her haircut has soft textured edges with somewhat of a bowl fringe, but the haircut is still a fairly solid shape. Her hair is on the finer side which allows you to keep the hair more blunt internally. Since the mannequin head has a lot of hair, a lot more texturizing is needed. Enjoy the haircut!
