Did you manage to get the door card off easily without destroying the plastic clips?

Hey, yeah they come off easily but getting them back on is a pain. If you don’t get them perfectly lined up it breaks them. Because it’s a two part clip, I find it easier if possible to remove the yellow part that stays in the door and then clip it into the white part on the door card before you fit the card. This then turns it into a one piece clip and is easier to locate into the hole.

As my Dash is quite bad at both ends so was looking for ideas to sort it out

When you say the ends, which parts do you mean exactly?
@@EndlessRoadJaz The 2 ends of the dash which have the cup holders attached to them
I just done a similar thing with my door cards, fibreglass the same as you but used the material from my old double seat so it matched both the singles. Much nicer looking.
What colour code was that raptor paint? It really is almost OEM colour! Tempted to use the same myself
