- Recently got fitted with an X-pipe resonator delete from Fabspeed Motorsports combined with Meisterschaft mufflers (under GT Haus brand) Also has stage 1 ECU tune from APR. (only stage offered for this vehicle) Steering wheel was custom made to my liking from Exclusive Steering. The car is pushing around 500hp and 475lb/ft. Up from factory 450hp and 400lb/ft.
This video isn’t so much to show off the car’s acceleration (I wasn’t FULLY planted), but more so the exhaust sound and LED steering wheel which has a full settings menu allowing you to change anything you want about the screen and shift lights.
Next upgrade will probably be a 3.0L Whipple supercharger from VPS VERSTÄRKT. Which will push this car well over 800hp and 750lb/ft. Gonna be awhile though.

thats the best 2007 interior i ever seen
V10 s8 audi old school dream
Nice ride is insurance okay?
@@assist7257 no lol but then again I’m a man in my 20s who already has a few speeding tickets. I’m probably the most expensive demographic other than maybe a teenager.
@@MrORIGINAL81 would this be a great first car? how's maintainence on it ?
Why did you put that clown steering weel???
What makes it a clown steering wheel? The lights? I’d actually appreciate the lights when shifting from 1-2 gear in my S8. It shifts like a half second late and first is really short gear so if you want to shift at 7k rpm’s , you shift around 6,500 ..
Aside from the grey with red stitching that I’m not liking, the carbon all over is pretty cool considering he has carbon trim.
@@christian_urocar The electronics on the steering wheel are great because they are completely customizable. There are buttons on either side at the top. Kinda hard to see in video but they are there. With those you can customize everything including the lights, what color they are, the exact rpm they come on; as well as the screen in the middle. It can display whatever you want as well as a custom image. When I open my door it displays the Audi logo for a few seconds. It can also do a track timer, mph, etc. really whatever you can think of. Also the brightness of the lights and display. In the video I have it turned to max brightness but at night it’s a little blinding. If you ever get annoyed with the lights and screen you can hold the two buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds and everything turns off so it’s just a normal steering wheel.
As for the stitching I went with red because exclusive steering couldn’t match the exact gray/white stitching that comes with the car. I figured it was a good alternative because the S model already has some red accents.
Also sorry for not getting back to your comment about the mufflers. I’m sure by now you have found what you were looking for but GT Haus has a website and I just put in my car information in their searcher. There’s also a valve option as well as different tip options including carbon fiber. I went with stainless Steel since my car is silver and has a lot of Crome accents so steel just goes best with it.
How has the ecu flash effected your mpg? Any major noticeable differences other than the ~20 additional horses under the hood?
how did you get the speed to show up on the dash? i only have the fuel economy showing
There are two buttons on the end of the stock on the right side of the steering wheel. Pressing the top or bottom button will cycle through different displays. fuel economy, mpg, speed, etc.
The windshield wiper stock
@@MrORIGINAL81 i change and everything except kmh
How do you get the speedometer to show on the dash as a digital display?
Same problem
Does that trans come with rev matching?
Is there a noticeable difference with the APR tune vs. stock?
Where did you get that steering when and paddle’s ? Thanks
Exclusive Steering. I custom made it using their configurator. They can do whatever you want in terms of colors and materials, even a custom logo or custom steering wheel shape.
Post a flyby video from the outside
Hola de que marca son las levas?
Jhm makes a good tune that I hear is much better than apr.
For these naturally aspirated engines the ECU tuning is really all the same. I checked APR, Unitronic, Fabspeed, and Jhm. All numbers were practically the same with minimal gain but I went with APR because the closet tuner to my house is an APR dealer.
Ahh I see gotcha. Hey bud , those the gt haus mufflers, where can I get those?
The new jhm tunes are crazy man
@@aviad4134 have you tried it on the S8? I’m planning for it. $599 for the ecu and $125 for the dongle? Seems like a cheap upgrade
@@christian_urocar yeah man it’s worth.. I don’t know how they did it but they managed to squeeze out even more power than my previous apr tune- which I didn’t know was even possible
Car feels much more dialed in so I highly recommend it
trans tune aswell or no?
Just an APR ECU tune. Didn’t even know there was a trans tune for this vehicle.
😀
