At first, I honestly didn't know that the Tetris was based on a Russian folk song, since I ( and I'm sure plenty of other people) are more familiar with it as the Tetris theme, since Tetris is awesome (I seriously love that game.) But Underwood never faced an equal before, he doesn't know how to fight people who are just as smart as he is. Petrov sees straight through Underwood's 'charming facade', all his true intentions. Underwood is lost here.
