My 240 has been down for about a decade now... but I recently (couple weeks ago) just cleaned up the intake manifold and everything on it, and I just did the exact same thing you did with the injectors... I hate hate hate phillips on anything in the engine bay.... I've had a ton of bolts snap from rust, but phillips are the worst because they strip so easy.... I'll replace them with damn near any other type (with the exception of slotted!) that'll fit and it'll be better. Now if I can figure out how to get the bottom heat core hose clamped (it's very hard to access), I'll be good to go...
I bought the OEM ones on ebay. Ive tried the autozone/oreillys options (extremely overpriced and worse quality) I tried OE style replacements (trash as well) and finally the best set are the OEM ebay ones.
We had a 1989 Nissan 24OSX and it was the most fun to drive car we ever had.

what fuel injectors did you buy? Wondering if the cheap ones online are ass.
