Wow, a 100 minute episode! That is what warfare does to you. Also, on the free districts: I'm quite sure thats a bug from the Rebalanced District Costs mod. I would suggesting dropping it on future runs.|

I tried to get up to them, but my tech was too slow. Maybe next time. And I'm definitely dropping the mod after this run; it's gotta be the culprit.

@@reallybighat What? You got them in the same moment you got the Musketeers. You could've build them in almost the entire episode, but chose to build musketeers only.
