The fact that Lamplighter killed Melorie's children was already a topic in season 1. That was the reason why Mothers Milk no longer wanted to work with Frenchie. MM already accused Frenchie of having thrown plans overboard and doing his own thing and that's why Melorie's kids are now dead.
