    Interesting point, but isn't Endo sensei's idea, for example, precisely an answer to this 'equalization' Tissier talks about.. you could also use the word resistance to a technique in a certain direction. But, this resistance is also easy to do, once you know where tori is trying to go.. What is Tissier's answer?

    3.17 Black belt cant even do shiho nage if uke doesnt coorporate. :-(
    who knows he might be well a second or third dan.

      Or more precisely, black belt can't do shihonage on a 7th dan shihan.
