click on the magnet, and from there you can adjust how the tracks snap onto the grid. if you want it to be each 1/4 of a bar, click "line"

@@Eangsopheann Maybe they changed it in 2019 version, which I am using. But you click on the triangle then and then you choose the path by clicking the helix.

when its say to choose the path, i can't select the helix
so, you sect the object need to sweep ENTER and than select sweep part ENTER.
Note: do not make triangle bigger then helix (Turn height)

If i was you. I would reccomend getting the following.
intel i5 or greater (Processor)
16Gb memory (RAM) or greater
2Gb of Graphics (GPU) or greater
i see your budget is 35000Rs. i bought my laptop for about that price lenovo yoga 510-14isk. it was on clearance at the time. 3 years ago.
mine works fine with autocad 2020. but it is lagging abit. so buy yourself something decent and it will last you until the end of your course.
