That description of intuition is something I’ve always had. I’ve been now to “tell/feel” another’s thoughts/intentions without them saying anything. Though I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do with this gift. I feel like I skipped steps 1&2. Anyone have any tips/help you could offer?

I'd say the more you do the things you want, the better you get at them and make the things you want happen. When it comes to emotions? I'd say the more joyful you are by your own nature, the easier it is to move through life and make things happen, whether things go right or wrong. By itself, emotions don't do anything outside of yourself.

The sensation is more clear, when your 2 eyes are closed, and especially during meditation. It’s like when you close you eyes during meditation the space above your eyes is blank, as if the whole universe is in there, it’s so vast and so endless. Love the feeling ✌️
I've always had that weird sensation in the middle of my forehead, just above the top of my nose when I pray, meditate or sit silent with my eyes close but I didn't understand it and thought it was a bad thing because I grew up very religious in the christian church. Everyone has told me from a little girl I had this prophetic gift as I would look at someone and know whats going off inside them and what things had happens to them or an illness they may have. As a child I thought this was so cool and a gift from God. I would pray for someone as just a young girl and my hands would burn and I would get that intense feeling in the center of my forehead but as I got older it became conditioned by the church as my life was so stuck in religion so I tried to cut it all off because I wasn't sure about it even though it is excepted in the church to pray for people and get a "word" for them as a profit but very conditioned and controlled by leaders. I actually thought I was a freak and tried to stop and cut it off but it never went away really. I broke free from the church life a few years back when life fell apart and since then I discovered your teachings on my journey to discover how to heal. I'm now becoming so free and awakening and discovering the truths about life, myself, God and the universe. I am excited to know I'm not weird and the truths about life so I'm so excited to know that the future is now going to be amazing and its time I embraced and excepted myself and learn how to live a full, abundent life. Yeah i almost went crazy, i had no guru or teacher, it was sink or swim for me, luckily i was able to get grounded,my first method of grounding were very primitive, i notice that by eating junk food my energies would turn away from the upper parts to the stomach part. I used that method of grounding for almost a year until i found better teaching and methods. If your an incredibly intense person, like a thrill seeker, over achiever, really upbeat and ready to skydive at 3am just for fun, Please be extremely careful when you open your 3rd eye, energy will just flow like a hurricane day and night if you don’t practice foundation and grounding techniques.

I feel like my guides and my higher self brought me here because I needed to hear this (about keeping your thoughts pure and how opening your third eye is very powerful). I tend to want to rush things, but I believe it is a good idea to keep meditating to strengthen the spirit (as you said in the video). That way when my third eye opens, I will be ready to handle what I see and/or hear in the higher realms.
I had an Akashic reading about three weeks ago. My third eye opened almost effortlessly last week. It kinda freaked me out. I was praying for enlightenment when it happened. I had headaches after.

I feel like I really needed this video for confirmation. I have no one to talk to. I mean I do have my husband and children, they are very understanding..My spiritual journey began in January. About back in March I began to feel the sensation from my forehead. The way I describe it, it's like that feeling when you rub a balloon over your head and hold it over to make your hair stand up and you feel the static, or almost like spider webs over my forehead.. It was random at first. When I would read, or drive, strongest while meditation. I learnt it was my pineal gland.. But for the past week, I feel the sensation, everyday, all day. I began to worry if something is wrong. Let my anxiety come over me sometimes, but remind myself it has to be normal. It's all so new. I think have to learn how to ground my energy.

I get the forehead pressure and the intuition, but no visualization. Honestly I appreciate the delay in visualization, as I am still working through negative habits and mentalities and would like to approach those from a healthier place ❤
My intuitions have been true many times and at times, people don’t like me and have many people hating me. I speak the truth and give right suggestions but people start disliking me. I have felt lot of vibrations and pressure in my third eye region and sometimes it’s too much to bear because it makes me crazy and leads to severe headache but that goes away post meditation. I have had very strong intuition about my mother’s and aunt’s death and it makes me guilty and depressed.

Much of this happens when I am in a dream or dream like state of being. I can say this has been happening since I was a toddler and I am now 54. It has only gotten stronger over the years.
I am pure.I am love. My spirit, mind and my heart are pure and I have strength I need to open up my third eye.

I feel like I really needed this video for confirmation. I have no one to talk to. I mean I do have my husband and children, they are very understanding..My spiritual journey began in January. About back in March I began to feel the sensation from my forehead. The way I describe it, it's like that feeling when you rub a balloon over your head and hold it over to make your hair stand up and you feel the static, or almost like spider webs over my forehead.. It was random at first. When I would read, or drive, strongest while meditation. I learnt it was my pineal gland.. But for the past week, I feel the sensation, everyday, all day. I began to worry if something is wrong. Let my anxiety come over me sometimes, but remind myself it has to be normal. It's all so new. I think have to learn how to ground my energy.
I felt that and I just open my eye
But I was in right track

My intuitions have been true many times and at times, people don’t like me and have many people hating me. I speak the truth and give right suggestions but people start disliking me.
I have felt lot of vibrations and pressure in my third eye region and sometimes it’s too much to bear because it makes me crazy and leads to severe headache but that goes away post meditation.
I have had very strong intuition about my mother’s and aunt’s death and it makes me guilty and depressed.
