If you don't mind gigantic buildings all over the place, then you'll find it's a very nice place for vacation
The building seems a little gaudy to me 😢, don’t think it will age well. Reminds me of Las Vegas of the nineties, but hey.
@@Pele96 To me Benidorm is sorta like a "High Rise" "Blackpool"(U.K.) with sunshine. A typical example of "unregulated" building in the early years, which has largely destroyed the original "Spanish" charm and heritage, of the town...
5 million for laminate flooring, the interior design in really lacking
I have seen this Penthouse before, but of course this Tour is by far nicer. Love your eye for Details and the Camera Guy is a good one. The Channel will grow - and i'll be there 👍💪

That shower in the bedroom is unforgettable for everyday living. I would never live in that unit for the bad shower alone.

Such an iconic building...but its BENIDORM!

For 5 million i expected better to be honest. You can find better in the US and cheaper. I guess this is for vacation and not to live there.
There is no university in Benidorm, or a national or international leading hospital, no Metro, a few examples of many. When you buy a house of that calibre, you arent only buying the house, the city has to match in quality. If i had more than 1 million and i cant buy outside of Spain, i'd be buying in Madrid capital or Valencia.
yeah it’s all true but then again, the house itself as well as its location aren’t designed for an average person seeking a day do day life ;) rather for someone who’s looking for his 10th house in a spectacular location to visit from time to time I guess

Benidorm is not a “city” for your daily life, it’s just a holiday city, most of the people who own a house there,also have a main property in their home city.
Thats right. A person who has the option to buy a 5M€ property doesn't buy it in Benidorm, which is a holiday city for the working class . This property should be 1-1,5M€ max. Must be a joke. You can buy a good villa in Marbella for that price.

What a beautiful and unique looking building! Those views are gorgeous... Don't usually say this but I think this penthouse is well worth the money :)
It is interesting but prefer separation between the bedroom and bathrooms. The moisture and smells of the bathroom would be a problem. Not to mention accidentally bumping into the glass at night.

You really do pay for the view. The bedrooms are small and it’s strange they squeezed in the en-suite that way. Not nice for me. This tour feels unfinished is there a part two? Where is the master bedroom and all the other bedrooms?

Great video showing this apartment off, but having been to Benidorm myself, I don‘t see why anybody would pay 5 million for an apartment there…I don‘t get the concept of the city in general, only about 70k residents in Benidorm, but so many tall buildings and most of them look very old, unlike the fancy modern skyscrapers in other cities…If I had to spend 5 million, I would buy an apartment in a bigger city and get myself a house at the beach near Benidorm if you want a beach residence in that area…
But like I said, great video showing this location to us!
