I love that tiebreaker! It's an actual tiebreaker, for the first time ever in a fps game. Makes me wonder why all the other game makes the tiebreaker rounds just normal rounds
I’ll bet my soul that when the game launches EA or not, that grindable currencies and cosmetics will be downgraded for premium currency only or even restricted in some way.

YES, give me another obnoxiously stylized videogame that heavily relies on selling skins and I BEG for it to have gay characters for some reason. PLEASE FEED ME MY DOPAMINE. oh and a battle pass would be awesome thanks

The tiebreaker gets real intense in ranked where the games are longer (up to 10 rounds) and there's ranked points at stake
Cons :
-moment is fun but unbalanced
-Cheap chinese cash grab art style
-overly crowed with stuff to understand leading to huge balancing issues
Pros-
-The best quality of life stuff in game or more convenient with the thigns you can do outside gameplay
-really really really fun it can never get boring with the cards
-mapes a uniquely designed with weird stuff on them like the water runway, lifts, bridghes that if open may cause you to fall of the map, and so so many great stuff you can do.
-fucking amazing rank system I hardly see many people talk about it but just a day ago i got +10 on a lose like how??? And when the game thinks you are better than your lobby it gives you so much rr on win and less rr deduction on loses
cheap chinese cash grab artstyle? I guess you're just too used to western slop artstyles
@@Mebs-s2u nah you should have a second look, I mean to each their own but thats just how it looks like and what's up with guessing stuff on your own just ask me if I have.
at least, it's better than the Woke things, and I love it
you have a questionable taste for art style.
@@hannibalyin8853 there you go with the assumption again i don't really like or hate the art still just stating the obvious it looks like those games
cant wait to see more of this fr
I wanna play so bad but my house's circuit breaker wont stop doing wierd shit and turning itself of every once and in a while 😡
The finals is the future.
12:45 bro casually playing honkai star rails chill drink mixing music and penacony rooftops music on 13:41 . Nice
I love honkey star bucks
I actually kept writing to add cards to tdm in their surveys last playtest. The only thing is it feels very barebones still and like an afterthought mode more than the rest. Wish you couldn’t spawn trap there. The rest of the modes are fun af though. Even grinding an alt account for the skin you keep lol
My man really just sucked off a replay system and whooping 12 characters! 😑
So basically it's just a hero shooter but with more abilities
Literally no 😂 oof
You forgot about cards
@@janikut_ cards are just more abilities
@@darknubent they are more like team wide buffs, nerfs, map interractables and some are abililities
looks fun
gunplay reminded me of rainbow six, which is my favourite competitive shooter of all time.
hopefully there is a controller support so i can play it.
unfortunately my siege account is gone like 2 years ago, and ever since then there is not a single competitive shooter game i can play
i think you are ahead of the pack when it comes to fragpunk content, subbing for that reason.
Praying that the game takes off
@@Izanamii i think it will. the game is a well-polished fps with great character designs and aesthetics that's free to play. people are getting tired of other fps games. i've been playing apex for over 2k hours and can't stand it anymore. fragpunk is a breath of fresh air when we are surrounded by safe and uninspired shooters.
Homie, your video was fire and you have a cool personality
I think this game will turn out like the finals. Quite popular in the beginning, then fade out to a few thousands of loyal fans and survive for a couple years until it fades into obscurity.
That's your cynical prediction for the Finals not reality. From where I sit The Finals is thriving. FragPunk would be doing very well if it could establish itself like the Finals has.
@@midnightwaterdragon4725 Thriving depends on where the goalpost is. Many wanted The Finals to be the next big thing, while others enjoy it for what it is. A game thriving for me is doing VERY well, which The Finals isn't doing. It is doing good though from the numbers i can see. And as long as the players are happy and the game sticks around for as long as reasonable that is good.
@@ouwle6618 Final was unplayable for most of the population with fps dropping in most scenes .
@@ukn7634 I hard agree that FragPunk seems more optimised for more people to be able to play. But The Finals felt totally playable for me with AMD FSR, atleast on 1080p 60hz. I did occationally drop below 60 even into the 40-30 fps range but that was when alot of stuff happened on certain parts of certain maps.
My rig is a 1080TI and i5 9400F and my total spending on my whole pc INCLUDING all accessories is less then 600 euros.
The Finals sucks. the grinding and cosmetics at menu screen was a warning, then i played and the gunplay was awful, an entire AK mag to take down a enemy.
the whole first half of this vid felt like a promo
I dont think its a future of FPS, just another flavour of CS and Valorant. Got tired of it pretty fast...
I was gonna be mad cause it's a really fun game but I stopped cause I saw the link pfp(huge botw/total fan)
Nice video! I can't believe I hadn't heard of this game!
Ever since Overwatch became Overwatch 2 I've had a hero shooter shaped hole in my heart. I've been playing TF2 but been craving something a little more modern
🐸 punk
🐸🐸🐸
I see a lot of potential in the game. It reminds me a lot of how Apex was when it first released. I think it finds that sweet spot between Val and something like the Finals. There’s a lot of room for skill growth but ease of access for casual players. Look forward to its release and give it a try.
Bingo
I cannot wait to play on global release, im an Australian player so i have to wait for OCE servers to get put up :
I don't really play hero shooters (or shooters much in general) but these character designs are stellar. This game looks fun to just look at. I totally get why people were trashing on Concord even more now. Of course, the gameplay seems a lot more interesting too.
2:51 - This awfully annoying voice would be my first criticism.
I love it personally
I like how during the 1v1 the ui turns into some fighter game ui. I really appreciate that little touch^^
YES, give me another obnoxiously stylized videogame that heavily relies on selling skins and I BEG for it to have gay characters for some reason. PLEASE FEED ME MY DOPAMINE. oh and a battle pass would be awesome thanks
No one said this about FVF…such a sad world we live in…
Ah so basically this is valorant and six siege. ☠️
My issue is the corridor style gameplay where the maps are severely restricted and so is the movement. They've changed everything up with guns and abilities but with so little ability to move it just looks like a colourful counterstrike
Cant wait to be carried
So this is basically a neon version of Dirty Bomb. I bet it will do as well.
The game is damn fun. It’s funny that the people saying it’s gonna die after a month and it’s nothing new or special are the same people that have been playing COD for years 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Literally the same game over and over and over. Aaannnnd it offers nothing unique
That's unironically what these people want an easy unchanging game with a low skill floor
I've never seen gameplay of this until this video. But that gulag gauntlet on tie-breakers looks so intense.
RIP Valorant
when i played the beta earlier this year i immediately got excited for its development and release. the most fun shooter i have played since when i really enjoyed cod blops2
What anime is @0:45
I used Google Lens to check. It's called The Garden of Words. It's an anime film that's about 45 minutes long.
@@SpacebarIsTaken Thanks
@@SpacebarIsTakenbro took matters into his own hands
This game looks so good! Especially the character designs considering the slop we have seen lately
this, marvel rivals, and strinova all are fuckin amazing a l r e a d y and they arent even out yet, Im so excited for people to actually get to play games o t h e r than like the same 4, now we just need a new like sandbox game and battle royal
I still gotta try strinova and the finals they look really good but I've had no time
@Izanamii oh yeah finalsss I should try that 1
This is a very dangerous visual aesthetic for a game, it has a new approach but looks like 90% of all generic FPS games out there
Dont get me wrong im very interested and will play the game BUT the "CyberPunk" theme doesnt do it for me anymore
Nice video sub+1
Welp that game died
? It was a closed beta. Everyones still waiting for full release
@@janikut_ Mate all of my friends got it and if you played the game you were given a code to give it to someone to play and we gave the code to our other friends, and then they got a code, and they did the same thing. Pretty much if you wanted to play it you could have. It's a cool game don't get me wrong but it's got that mobile stench on it and it's just not it
I hate all the hero shooters currently out, I honestly cant even stand most FPS games out nowadays either... but this looks like something I would love to play. Everything looks so c o m p l e t e
I tried out the game because of your last video on it, but I really did not enjoy it. Feels like just another china backed slop shooter that mashes together a handful of already popular games that's gonna be dead in 6 months time. Even the card mechanic isn't unique, they copied it from a game called Friends vs Friends. Definitely quite disappointed, this will not be replacing destiny pvp.
I have played over 32 hours of this game in the last 5 days. My friends and I genuinely cannot stop playing this game it's so fun.
damn this game lookis awful
hey, this is poot. great video! i didnt know you actually did variety content like this, maybe time to branch out from d2 lmao
5:19 lmao this is funny
Just subscribed, looking forward to the fragpunk content! You've definitely sold the game to me
Quit apex multiple times but been constantly hopping on and off the past 2 years, just to scratch that fps itch. Also used to play destiny 2 but that pve grind to play comp was brutal😂
0:37 Paladins if it didn’t fuck up :(
10:30 FELLAS I THINK WE'RE BACK!
"Whopping 12 characters" 😆
You simply cannot sneak the Ib soundtrack past me.
Guilty as charged
There are so many games out right now to play with so many more coming out in the Shooter genre. Exciting time to be a gamer!
I can safely say this game is addicting, when i started playing it i couldnt figure out the cards gameplay etc, but after 2/3 games you really start to understand the mechanics. Now 46h in im top100 in ranked leaderboard 😅. Really reccomended to everyone that is unsure on trying it. Btw good video, you explained the game really well!!
if this is future of fps gaming then we are doomed my friend
Not subbed and never seen this game maybe algorithm is working, fun informative vid!
2:41 you poor innocent fool.......................... they would never...
5:52 welp had my attention till it came to this, im gonna be the reason we fail if it comes down to me.
I like your talk about this Fragpunk game
