I Made My DOG A Birthday Cake! | Georgia's Cakes

How could I not make Benny my beagle a birthday cake for his first birthday?! This recipe is totally safe for dogs (and humans!) to eat. No added sugar means that if you're looking for a healthy alternative for your little one, you can use this too!
I really enjoyed making something a bit different and it actually turned out delicious!
Enjoy!
1 banana, mashed
1 large egg
50g natural peanut butter
50g oats, grounded
1 tsp baking powder
1 carrot, grated
Option to add a tsp of cinnamon
Bake at 160°C fan/180°C convection for about 20 minutes
Decorate with creme cheese

Benny is absolutely adorable!!! I have been making birthday cakes for my dogs for many years. People think I am over the top because I make balloon bouquets and decorate for my fur babies party’s! Hi do you have an alternative ingredient to peanut butter as I can’t bake with nuts due to nut allergies

You can leave it out, the cake will still bake!

Yes you should! I used a very high fat cream cheese so it was able to hold its shape when piped. Some people add a bit of cornflour

You can also mix in honey as an additional sweetener and make a cream cheese honey frosting. My dog will love this recipe! It’s her birthday today. 🎉
