What I really appreciate about this band is that the drummer listens. Every drummer I've ever played with has been a mad egoist who wants to drown out the sound of melody with his mad thumping. Totally kills it. The drummer here is all about making the others sound good, not himself. Big respect.

I just hope they come tour near me. I was nowhere near as talented as them, but I prefer pub playing and busking as well. Pub music to make the kids happy is my jam.

These boys were born to be badasses….I remember a few years ago seeing them jam “Sad but True” in the living room and knew instantly these kids were on an entirely different level than a lot of the youth today that seems to be less and less interested in learning an instrument and also living in an era where being exposed to rock music is less and less because it’s no longer properly represented on the pop charts like it used to be in the 90’s and early 2000’s… The more I see these guys I am amazed at how their musicianship and sound keeps getting better and tighter. They make me feel hopeful that the spirit of rock music will live on forever.
Thank you for your performance, for giving your own "soul" to one of Metallica's iconic songs, but most of all for bringing out from your special guest-violinist the "rocker" in him... with your love for music your group will go places...
