Thank you so much for those of us that don't live nearby ❤️🇺🇸
You are so welcome!
We will never forget that time we still remember those painful memories, R.I.P those innocent people who are lost their lives in 9/11 event

Dearest Tom, thank you for taking us along with you. 22 years that seem like just yesterday 😢 Every single soul will be forever in our thoughts 🕊️🤍

I was on shift at a fire department in Tennessee. I was watching the TV coverage after the first aircraft hit, then saw the second one hit on live TV. The whole city where I worked was eerily quiet that day. It was as if everyone else was glued to their TV's also.
Thank you for your service
Dear Tom. Thank you very much for taking us to this memorial. I remember 9/11 as if it were yesterday. It was a nightmare for New York, its people, and your entire country. Here in Germany, the TV program was interrupted after the first tower was hit. I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. The many people who have died, it just makes me infinitely sad.Greetings from Beate from Germany
Thank you for watching!! Really appreciate it. They did a great job with the memorial.
❤❤ I Will Never Forget That Day❤❤

God Bless all those families of the victims that perished on 911. I was 25 at the time. I remember it all VIVIDLY. Each time I see a beautiful sunny day I REMEMBER. Being a fellow New Yorker, every time I cross the Bridges into Manhattan, I REMEMBER. I was in shock over it for a long long time. When I finally realized this was REAL was in 2014 when I first visited the North and South pools seeing all the names. I miss the Towers immensely. But the Freedom tower is Very SHARP LOOKING. A sentimental gift to ALL the people who we lost and a reminder, NEVER NEVER FORGET.
Thank you
I'm from Brazil, but I love New York and on this date I have that feeling that it's a different day than others. I've never been to the United States but I feel like I'm a New York resident. Giants and Knicks fan. My dream is to visit this city before leaving. My deepest condolences to everyone who lost important people on that sad day.

Thank you, Tom, for this solemn beautiful walk.
You are very welcome
An excellent walk around tour. Exactly what I wanted to see. They built a perfect memorial to what was the worse day in history. I love the sculpture at 11:12.
glad you enjoyed this tour.
I was a freshman in high school in California that day. I got up at 5:50am to go to school at 7am for early morning band practice. I turned on the TV and saw the first tower already in flames. The newscasters were saying that there was smoke in the tower, possibly due to an accidental plane crash into the tower. When the second plane hit, the newscasters were stunned silent and didn’t know what to make of it. I remember I went numb. My parents told me not to get scared and I went on to school that day. That morning at school, there was no band practice, no teacher had lecture. All day, we were glued to the classroom TV. We went class to class and the TV was on. By the end of the day, when it was revealed that it was a terrorist attack our teachers were talking about the very real possibility about going to war.

The unbelief, the denil, the fear, the sick feeling, the need to call your loved ones, being frozen to the TV, the tears, the knowing your life has now changed forever.....it all comes back on 9/11 ever year. 😢😢😢🙏😩😱

🙏 🫂 🙏 Oh so heartbreaking to watch.
When you showed the memorial pictures of the firefighters with sirens in the back ground, in real time.
Being at ground zero you really realize the magnitude of this horrific terrorist attack.
God bless all of the heavy hearts today and give us all renewed strength and faith as we remember. 🙏 😔 🙏

It's hard to believe the devastation and destruction that happened here on that day. Even to this day, the people who walk on that ground know and will not forget. You can see on their faces. The most shocking event the world has ever witnessed live on TV.
I intend to travel from the UK on the 25th anniversary to pay my respects. Starting to save my money now.
Thank you for visiting! And watching
Thank you for another great video, Tom!

I was in 5th grade when I first found out about 9/11. It was 10:00 am in my art class at McDonald’ Elementary school, my regular teacher came to return us to our regular class and I overheard her asking the art teacher if he heard what had happened. He said yes he heard it on the radio. Then next thing I knew school day ended early and everyone’s parents came to pick their students up. I’m from Michigan but I remember on that day every school dismissed students early.

I know these emergency worker saved 100s probably 1000s of lives, but in saying that they lost their own, they weren’t even their, and as weak as it is from me, I wiuld not enter that building after they were hit.. true heroes on those plaques
