Chris Martin so excited... on strolls Bono to the stage looking like he was looking for the loo and rambled onto stage randomly. He was brilliant joining in. Gary Barlow randomly joining mid way too... like he heard Bono join in and said feck it i will too. Brilliant performance. Love U2 on stage singing In a Little While and Brandon Flowers joins them too.
If it weren't for Bono there would not even be a band called The Killers. Bono and U2 is/are the biggest influence to both Coldplay and The . This was remarkable!!

If the conception of what constitutes an artist is that he or she not only senses the undercurrent changes & disruptions w/in a society that surface an era or so later, but will also produce that perception with his or her Artistic output, then truly what U2 achieved with their Zooropian concept is indeed the highest that Pop Art has ever attained. The dialectical and ironical musical/theatrical/lyrical output of that U2 era alone is enough to classify them as Artists and not just entertainers. If you do not understand what the Zooropian era was all about just look what you're doing now, this minute on the net, on your phone, on your ipod etc...
