I nearly burst out laughing when I heard of Putin describing the attempted assassination of the Czech PM, Fico as a "monstrous crime". If Putin ever encounter himself in a nightmare I'm pretty sure he'll wake up screaming. Infact, I sometimes wonder how a person like that can really sleep! It's just as well human beings don't live forever. But I'm sure many people thought the same when Hitler was gone.

It was the West that persuaded Zelensky to pull out of the agreement being forged in Feb Mar 2022 that the Ukrainians wanted to sign and would have avoided war.
