This actor was an excellent villain in Battle Angel Alita. Chef's kiss to that performance. But he is no Blade. The way they have him dress, and even the glasses, makes it look like a recast of the villain from Battle Angel Alita. The voice doesn't even work right for this char. I think he is very good for many roles. Just this one isn't one of them. Now if he was the big bad of this oooooo omg I could see that. He so could so pull off playing such a villain that pushes blade, much like the joker is to batman. I see this man being able to pull that off in spades.
