I never thought of paprika I heard others did cinnamon. Have you tried it with cinnamon? If so what are your thoughts from the two different ones??

Do you go right into a second layer of epoxy after the rust layer is dry or is there a step between?

Nope I just epoxy like normal

Once you put the second layer of epoxy on and it dries...is there any sanding etc i should do?

No as long as you have a nice even layer. You are good to go. :) make sire bo fish eyes or dimples. It its all smooth and even then just let it sit and cure. ;)
