Why is the discussion going on and some panelists and even the host are busy browsing the internet on their mobile devices? I thought for whatever they planned to have, they might have refreshed themselves before coming to the studio. This attitude takes away the seriousness of the matter they are discussing.

Sometimes you panelist come up with misinformation. Your presentation of the plea bargain was not accurate.
Initially, Odame claimed Big Sea was not party to the suite and they amended the plea with Japka as part of the plea. Also, the plea wasn’t about guilt. It was because Big Sea felt the continuation of the case will not be good for their reputation internationally.
The very first time I read about this case I was astonished at it being in court and being heard by a judge described as one of the best. I said the wrong person is being put on the stand, the ministry of health should have been on the stand. Prosecuting Ato Forson was political and was bound to fail. Opuni’s case is equally political and will also fail after 8 years!

I have a different opinon to the plea bargaining narrative. That's why we keep asking what the aim of this case actually is? As AG you should know whether you hae a strong case or not. And even if you ddin't have a strong case, if you really believed there was financial loss... but have no substantive case to prove, you take BIG Cs offer, and totally drop the case. then you can always use that to make a case for yourself that you saved the nation money and drive that financial loss narrative in the court of public opinion. Once people see the money is back... they will bastardize Ato Forson for you and that would have been it. But again... actions speak louder than words. They clearly wanted the man in jail. and now, who is about to go down. Sometimes in life, one bad nut is all that's needed to totally ruin your many years of positives. The NDC will never let him go LOL. He totally goofed on this one. The moment Big C showed up to pay.. that should have been his victory moment to nail Ato Forson.
