Hi Travis! It’s soy bean seasoning sauce ‘Golden Mountain’ brand with the green cap. Purposely for the umami flavor and aroma. It also can be substituted with Maggie. If it’s not available at Asian groceries in your area, you can put 1/2 tbsp of the regular soy sauce instead :)
