The wolves are great hunters in the snow, the only reason they go down is because that’s where the prey goes to feed easier on grasses under snow, not as deep as in the higher mountains!
I love the Maremma dogs. Beautiful. They do protect flocks and keep the wolves away so the wolves, hopefully, are less persecuted. Because the wolves are also beautiful and an important part of the eco system. All created by God. Thank you for beautiful and informative documentary.
