I am learning. My motto is: ”Silence is my best friend.” I’ve shared too much about myself in the past. Even now, to keep my mouth shut in certain cases needs effort. Every time when I succes to do so, I celebrate in my mind because I see, that talking, commenting, sharing my opinion etc. would had been not so good. It is a real challenge at the workplace not to join complaining about bosses, systems, even clients etc. Every time I join this kind of a conversation, I feel sick afterwards - every time when i’ve escaped this kind of a conversation, I feel peace.

Indeed, in the workplace and in life in general, it can be challenging to resist the temptation to join negative conversations. Celebrating your successes in your mind is a great way to reinforce this practice, and it's a reminder of the power of mindfulness in our daily interactions. @@WisdomInRealLife Thank you for taking the time to write such a beautiful and profound response. I have rarely seen content creators do that, so I had to comment on it 💚
I believe in God, but I have always followed the Buddist teachings and philosophy which are very practical. I have also read and followed the Zen master teachings, Thich Nat Han, and also Pema Chodrin, the Buddist nun. Blending Christian thought and Bhudist teachings have been a blessing. In this world of chaos we need peace, compassion, to be kind , centered and live in the now.
Absolutely, it's never too late to incorporate mindfulness and mindful communication into our lives! 😊 While we may wish we had discovered these practices earlier, the important thing is that we've recognized their value now and are open to embracing them. Mindfulness is a journey that unfolds at its own pace, and every step we take towards greater awareness and self-improvement is meaningful. By applying the principles discussed in the video to our daily interactions, we can cultivate deeper connections, promote understanding, and foster inner peace. Thank you for sharing your perspective, and we're glad to have you on this journey with us. If you have any questions or need further guidance on your mindfulness practice, feel free to reach out. Remember, every moment is an opportunity for growth and transformation. 🌱🙏💖
I think it's okay to talk about our feelings/resentment to other people, because sometimes we need advice how to resolve them especially when it's our first time to experience that. We need other people around us know how we feel because sometimes our own mind cannot process those things and feelings and gives us anxiety. I think it's why we have psychologists and psychiatrists to help us also. But I agree with the rest of the video. Thank you 😊
Thank you for sharing your thoughtful perspective! 😊 You bring up an important point about the value of seeking support and advice when dealing with complex emotions like resentment. It's true that talking to trusted friends, family members, or professionals like psychologists and psychiatrists can be incredibly beneficial. Buddhist teachings emphasize mindfulness and thoughtful communication, and they can guide us in choosing the right time and place to discuss such sensitive matters. The key is to find a healthy balance between sharing our feelings and seeking guidance when needed. We appreciate your agreement with the rest of the video's content, and we're glad to hear that you found it valuable. If you have any more insights or questions, please feel free to share them. Your input is important to us! 😊🙏
Agreed! However, I find that having our feelings processed in a calmly manner internally first prior to sharing with the others has benefits. 1. It's a growth process to train ourselves to be less reactive especially in the heat of the moment. 2. We'll likely be more objective and receptive to counsel from the others once we've calmed ourselves and processed the situation. 3. There's less of a chance that we inadvertently passed on our biases to the listeners when we mix information with raw emotions. 🙏
I really appreciate all your videos, they have changed my life ,you have made my life so much better , thank you so much , looking forward to seeing your next video

These teaching as taught me to be wise and intelligent person. This is a useful practice in our daily life .Special thank you I will definitely subscribe .Blessings
Mac Davis has a song about humility. From the song... lol --------------------------------------------------------- Oh Lord it's hard to be humble When you're perfect in every way I can't wait to look in the mirror Cause I get better looking each day To know me is to love me I must be a hell of a man Oh Lord It's hard to be humble, But I'm doing the best that I can
Thank you for sharing those humorous and relatable lyrics from Mac Davis' song about humility! 😄 It's a lighthearted reminder that we all have moments when we may feel a bit too confident in ourselves. Humility, as discussed in the video, is about recognizing our imperfections and being open to growth and self-improvement. Even though it's hard to be humble at times, embracing humility allows us to connect with others, learn from our experiences, and cultivate a deeper sense of compassion and understanding. If you have more thoughts or lyrics to share, feel free to continue the conversation. We appreciate your engagement! 🎶🙏💙
The best graphics ever in Buddhist Teaching videos! They're so calming and peaceful! 🤩 This teaching was great for personal development. I have personally practiced them and I concur with what was taught here. However, in the corporate world where the emphasis is in teamwork, collaboration and transparency, keeping everything to oneslf may not be beneficial to both oneself and the team as a whole. Some adjustments will need to be made to adapt to the situation at hand. The team can't move as one if there's no sharing of thoughts and ideas. 🙏
Thank you for your positive feedback and thoughtful insights! 😊 We're delighted to hear that you found the graphics calming and the teaching beneficial for personal development. You've raised an excellent point about the balance between individual mindfulness and teamwork in the corporate world. Indeed, in a collaborative environment, sharing thoughts and ideas is essential for the team's success. While Buddhist teachings emphasize mindful speech, they also encourage wise communication that considers the context and goals. Adapting to the situation at hand and finding the right balance between personal mindfulness and effective teamwork is crucial. It's about being discerning in what and when to share, fostering a harmonious work environment where both individual and collective growth can thrive. We appreciate your thoughtful perspective, and if you have more insights or questions to share, please feel free to do so. Your contributions are valued! 🙏💼🌟
I thought about my thoughts and aspirations being seeds that need the nurturing and protective environment of a terrarium to better ensure their survival. I had never thought about my intentions in that way before. I want to ponder this idea more. I definitely have more motivation to remain silent after hearing this video. Many thanks!
Your analogy of thoughts and aspirations being like seeds in a terrarium is beautifully insightful! 🌱 It's a wonderful way to visualize the importance of creating a nurturing and protective environment for our intentions to flourish. Taking the time to ponder and reflect on these ideas can lead to profound personal growth and self-awareness. We're thrilled to hear that the video has provided you with motivation and a fresh perspective on the power of silence and mindful speech. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we're here to support you on your journey of exploration and mindfulness. If you have any more insights or questions, please feel free to share. 🌿💬🙏
I find this vidoe helpful for me to understand furthermore about life difficulties,i am trying to find peace,im drowning in worries, anxiety and depression at the moment and it almost break me down😢
That's a beautiful and open-hearted realization! 🌟 Buddhism often coexists harmoniously with diverse spiritual beliefs. The essence of Buddhist teachings, centered around mindfulness and compassion, can complement various spiritual paths. Believing in God while following Buddhist principles is absolutely valid. Many find a balance between the wisdom Buddhism offers and their personal connection to divinity. It's a journey of self-discovery, and what matters most is the positive impact it has on your life and the lives of those around you. Embrace the synergy of your beliefs, and may your spiritual journey be filled with peace and understanding. If you have any specific questions or thoughts you'd like to share, feel free to do so. Wishing you a fulfilling and harmonious exploration of your spiritual path. 🙏💖
When I drive a vehicle I use the gas pedal to go forward, but when I either slow or stop it is the brake pedal, it is this wisdom here I find what I need and what I go or stop. Blessings to all.
18.38 minutes.... This is very true. I am one that doesn't reveal my goals bc i may even change my mind or miss out on things that I have coming to me spontaneously like a woman liking me and she wanted me to ask her out me or anything else in love... This hurts especially when you had none in years 💔
Thank you for sharing your perspective and personal experience. 💔 It's understandable that sometimes we choose to keep our deepest goals and intentions private, especially when it comes to matters of the heart. Life can bring unexpected and beautiful surprises, like someone special entering your life spontaneously. It's important to trust your instincts and timing when it comes to matters of love and personal goals. Keeping your goals private can be a way to protect and nurture them until the right moment arrives. And when that special opportunity does come along, you can embrace it with an open heart. Remember, it's never too late for love and new beginnings. We hope that our video on 'Never Discuss These 11 SUBJECTS and Be Like a Buddhist' has offered some valuable insights that can bring clarity and mindfulness to your life's journey. 💖🙏
While it's true that the concepts discussed in the video could be summarized in a memo, we believe that presenting them in a video format offers several benefits. Furthermore, by presenting the information in a video, we aim to reach a wider audience and make the teachings more accessible to those who may prefer audiovisual formats over written text. Ultimately, our goal is to share valuable insights and encourage mindful living in a format that resonates with as many people as possible. We appreciate your feedback and welcome any suggestions for improvement. If there are specific topics or formats you'd like to see in future content, please feel free to let us know. 📹📝🙏

I have a fundamental global change. How's about? this greeting. If I don't know you and I see you passing me. I say this. How's it going, my brother? Or how's it going? My sister to start it off?
That's a beautiful and inclusive greeting! 😊 Starting a conversation with "How's it going, my brother?" or "How's it going, my sister?" reflects a sense of unity and connection with others, regardless of whether you know them personally. It's a wonderful way to foster a sense of community and kindness in our interactions. In a world where kindness and understanding are needed more than ever, gestures like these can go a long way in brightening someone's day and spreading positivity. Thank you for sharing this heartwarming idea! If you have more thoughts or experiences to share, please feel free to do so. 🙏💙✨

Thank you for your comment! While there are certainly similarities in the teachings found in various spiritual texts, it's important to recognize and appreciate the unique perspectives and insights that each tradition offers. Buddhism and the Bible, among other sacred texts, provide valuable guidance on living a meaningful and compassionate life. It's fascinating to explore the common threads that run through different spiritual traditions, reminding us of our shared humanity and the universal principles that guide us toward inner peace and harmony. We're glad to hear that you find wisdom in both Buddhist teachings and the Bible. If you have any questions or would like to delve deeper into any specific teachings, please feel free to reach out. While this video primarily focuses on the importance of mindful speech and communication, diet can indeed play a significant role in our overall well-being and mindfulness practice. Just as we carefully choose our words to nourish our relationships and inner peace, we can also choose foods that nourish our bodies and minds. In Buddhism, there is often an emphasis on moderation and mindful eating, recognizing the interconnectedness between our physical health and mental well-being. Choosing whole, nutritious foods and being mindful of our eating habits can support our efforts to cultivate mindfulness in all aspects of life. Thank you for bringing up this important aspect of mindfulness! If you'd like more information on mindful eating or have any other questions, feel free to ask. 🥗🍎🙏
Thank you for sharing your perspective and highlighting an important aspect! 😊 You make a valid point that while mindful speech and focusing on our own personal development are valuable, it's also crucial to strike a balance with practical considerations, including financial stability. Mindfulness doesn't mean disengaging from the world or neglecting our responsibilities. It's about being present, making wise decisions, and finding harmony in all aspects of life, including finances. Being aware of our financial situation and making sound choices is a responsible part of our journey. Your comment serves as a reminder that while we embrace Buddhist teachings for personal growth, we must also navigate the practicalities of life. We appreciate your input and hope to continue providing valuable insights on these topics. If you have more thoughts or questions to share, please feel free to do so. Your contributions are valuable to us! 🙏💰💙
Jesus Christ died for our sins , and rose from death so that we can obtain salvation . Jesus Christ also spoke about humility , gratitude , etc . Jesus Christ is the way , the truth and the life , that is eternal life with HIM .
Thank you for sharing the teachings and beliefs related to Jesus Christ. 😊 Indeed, Jesus Christ's messages of humility, gratitude, and eternal life have had a profound impact on the lives of many people. These values align with the principles of mindfulness, compassion, and inner peace found in Buddhism and other spiritual traditions. It's beautiful to see how different spiritual paths can share common values that promote love, kindness, and a sense of purpose in life. We appreciate your comment and the opportunity to engage in discussions that foster understanding and respect for various beliefs. If you have more insights or questions to share, please feel free to do so. 🙏💙
Your comment beautifully encapsulates the essence of mindful speech! 😊 In Buddhism, the power of our words extends beyond spoken language; it includes the written word as well. Mindful communication is about choosing our words carefully, whether spoken or written, to promote understanding, compassion, and positive connections. While there may be situations where verbal communication is limited, the ability to express oneself through writing can be just as meaningful and impactful. It allows for thoughtful and deliberate communication, fostering deeper connections with others. Your comment reminds us that our ability to communicate, in whatever form, is a gift, and using it mindfully can have a profound impact on our lives and the lives of those around us. Thank you for sharing your insight! If you have more thoughts or questions, please feel free to share them. 🙏💬🌟
You're absolutely right! The principles discussed in the video often align with common sense and universal values that transcend specific religious teachings. While the teachings may draw inspiration from Buddhism, they offer practical guidance applicable to people from all walks of life. At their core, these principles emphasize mindfulness, empathy, and thoughtful communication, which are indeed fundamental aspects of human interaction and personal growth. By recognizing and applying these principles in our daily lives, we can cultivate a deeper sense of understanding, compassion, and harmony with ourselves and others. Thank you for highlighting the universality of these teachings, and we appreciate your perspective. If you have any further insights or experiences to share, we'd love to hear them. 🌟🙏💬
Why would you believe silencing people is good. Buddhist’s don’t believe that and is why kids are bullied. There is a massive difference between mindfulness and silencing.
Thank you for sharing your concerns and perspective. 😊 It's important to clarify that Buddhist teachings don't promote silencing people or endorsing bullying. Buddhism encourages mindfulness and thoughtful communication, which means choosing our words carefully to avoid causing harm. The intention behind mindful speech is to foster understanding, compassion, and peaceful interactions. It's about creating a space where everyone's voices can be heard while avoiding unnecessary conflicts and negativity. In the context of our video, "Never Discuss These 11 SUBJECTS and Be Like a Buddhist," the emphasis is on being mindful of certain sensitive topics and choosing not to engage in harmful or unproductive conversations. It's not about silencing anyone but rather about making conscious choices in our communication. We appreciate your perspective and hope this clarifies the intention behind the teachings in the video. If you have more thoughts or questions, please feel free to share them. 🙏💙
Buddism is too passive in life and world views. We should be proud of our achievements and go further than that. People will then admire you and follow your example to be an achiever rather than then just humble yourself and nobody would even know what is your worth in life. Christianity teaches people to be positive and at the same time humble also. That's why they are the achievers and not unknown persons at all.
Matthew 6 1 "Be careful not to do your `acts of righteousness' before men, to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. 2 "So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. 3 But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
Thank you for your comment. 😊 It's essential to remember that Buddhism teaches the importance of compassion, understanding, and mindful communication. Rather than dwelling on thoughts of destruction or harm, it encourages us to focus on personal growth, inner peace, and positive interactions with others. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the teachings of Buddhism further, please feel free to ask. We're here to foster a positive and constructive dialogue. 🙏💖
Thank you for sharing your belief! 😊 It's important to recognize that people come from diverse backgrounds and hold different spiritual beliefs. While Buddhism and Christianity are distinct faiths, they both offer valuable insights and teachings. Buddhism teaches mindfulness, compassion, and self-awareness, while Christianity emphasizes faith, love, and the teachings of Jesus Christ. It's a testament to the richness of human spirituality that individuals find meaning and guidance in various traditions. Ultimately, the choice of one's spiritual path is a deeply personal journey. We respect your belief in the risen Jesus Christ, and we hope that our videos on Buddhist wisdom can still offer valuable insights for mindfulness and personal growth, regardless of one's religious affiliation. If you have any more questions or thoughts, please feel free to share them. We value open and respectful discussions about spirituality and mindfulness. 🙏💖

Mac Davis has a song about humility. From the song... lol
---------------------------------------------------------
Oh Lord it's hard to be humble
When you're perfect in every way
I can't wait to look in the mirror
Cause I get better looking each day
To know me is to love me
I must be a hell of a man
Oh Lord It's hard to be humble,
But I'm doing the best that I can
Thank you for sharing those humorous and relatable lyrics from Mac Davis' song about humility!
Bless you for sharing these knowledge to us all

I found myself in Buddhism but I still believe in God ❤🙏

This could’ve been easily put into a memo 📝
While it's true that the concepts discussed in the video could be summarized in a memo, we believe that presenting them in a video format offers several benefits. Videos have the advantage of engaging multiple senses, such as sight and sound, which can enhance comprehension and retention of the material. Additionally, seeing and hearing the message conveyed by a speaker can evoke a more emotional response and make the content more relatable.

What about the diet,?
So Very, Very, True! But exiting your body, and NOT minding your OWN BUSINESS, can get YOU Financial Desolation!! Remember That!!
What meaning is a mouth when you cant talk or only write.?

It’s not a Buddha thing / it’s a common sense thing -
You're absolutely right!
We respect your idea.🙏 Thank you very much for being with our 'Wisdom In Real Life' community! ❤️🙏
Matthew 6
1
"Be careful not to do your `acts of righteousness' before men, to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.
2
"So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full.
3
But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,
4
so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
Your evil will destroy yours
Thank you for your comment. 😊 It's essential to remember that Buddhism teaches the importance of compassion, understanding, and mindful communication. Rather than dwelling on thoughts of destruction or harm, it encourages us to focus on personal growth, inner peace, and positive interactions with others.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss the teachings of Buddhism further, please feel free to ask. We're here to foster a positive and constructive dialogue. 🙏💖

Buddha is in his grave. Believe in the risen Jesus Christ.
