@@JimmyVercellinothanks Jimmy! I personally think that the Active Duty Purple Heart recipient’s exemption is under vocalized. I am closing on Monday and almost had a non refundable 11k mistake on my hands. Because I have looked for homes before my COE was already established and I didn’t know I had to go back and update my records to reflect my PH status. Thanks for everything you do Jimmy!
You may be entitled to a refund if you applied for VAD prior to purchasing your home, were charged a VA Funding Fee, then closed on the house. Call 800-827-1000 to get the reimbursement started.
You think? Definitely don’t get as big of a bang for your buck for a first time usage but 10% down for a second VA Loan will save you a nice chunk of change.
I understand what you mean. In order for VA to guarantee these loans they must ensure they have adequate reserves in the event a Veteran goes into default. this is the purpose of the VA Funding Fee.
Thanks for watching! I SERVE VETERANS NATIONWIDE and I can personally assist you you're welcome to visit my website at www.VALoansForVets.com
Thanks man!! You saved me $3700 because no one but YOU told me that a service connect can waive your VA funding fee.. god bless you.
You saved yourself the money thru your service and sacrafice. I just relayed you the intel! Blessings back to you my brother.
Hey! Jimmy, I purchase a home in2020, I am a 100% disabled Veteran, I don't know if my funding fees was waived, how do I check?
Hey Jasper, you can go back and review the closing documents that you signed. You should have a copy of those.
If you have a service connected disability and you want to use a VA loan for more than 1 property is it still waived or only your primary residence
Merairi good question. It will be waived any time you use it. IOW you'll never pay it ever again. jimmy@valoansforvets.com
Love the content. Get that tik tok channel going!
Haha thanks. I just say not to TikTok 💯💪
Do you know if that waived fee still works on a marriage between AD and disabled veteran?
good question. We'd want to put disabled veteran in first position to get the VAFF waiver.
Thanks, we will,
What about Purple Heart recipients
Hey EOD - Funding Fee is waived for PH for active duty. Let me know if I can help in any other way.

Can I use a Federal, State or Local grant with a VA loan...?

Does VA loan work for houses in probate auction??
I would say most likley not. Although you may want to consult with an attorney for clarification.
The 10% down seems like a shitty deal.
