Warner Music Nashville / Atlantic Records breakout Devin Dawson is set to release his brand new The Pink Slip EP on January 15, 2021. The acclaimed singer/songwriter has already released three new tracks from the project: “I Got A Truck,” “Range Rover,” and “He Loved Her.” The songs serve as the first new music from Dawson since the release of his critically celebrated debut album, Dark Horse, and follows the success of the GRAMMY-nominated, multi-week No. 1 single “God’s Country” that he co-wrote for superstar Blake Shelton. Such a well put together song DD. I have been listening to this none stop wishing I wrote this myself. Many outside of country music don't know how many big hits you wrote that are on the radio. Anyways, perfect timing on this song as I have just recently set out to finally pursue music after putting it on hold. Hope we can do a collaboration together if we ever meet in the future

DD is great melodically creative and has an effortless sounding delivery. Lyrically very clever and musically pushing in a different direction from pop/country probably his metal roots.
