Just some advice from a Chef that cooks predominantly Caribbean & Hispanic food, it’s a good idea to use as much fresh ingredients & herbs, 2 I see missing is fresh garlic and fresh thyme. Great job🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️🇱🇷🇱🇷

Feijoada is so good, I study in Salvador Bahia when I was in Uni, and this was my meal.. I wanted it every Sunday.. So watching you make it, just gave me so much joy. Will save the recipe, and do it myself. So lovely.

Olá! Nossa feijoada é uma delícia mesmo! Você fez uma parecida e super temperada me parece também deliciosa! No lugar do alface refogado nós usamos a couve manteiga cortada bem fininha e refogada. A laranja se cozinha junto com o feijão preto na panela de pressão e são todas as partes do porco. Obrigada por fazer uma feijoada tão saborosa, mas ela foi feita a sua maneira parecida com a brasileira! A história da nossa feijoada é q ela surgiu à partir dos restos de alimentos dos senhores donos dos escravos eles comiam e deixavam os restos deles para os escravos se alimentarem. Os escravos juntavam tudo e comiam e acabou se tornando o que hoje é este prato saborosíssimo, a feijoada. Abraços calorosos. ❤😘🌷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

Everything as usual looks delicious. Please be careful of meats i.e. sausage that contain nitrates. It causes colon cancer. I know from personal experience.
