You did a great job taking your Hon apart and not watching any videos to do so! I took apart a Weeks one time. They are sown in signatures. It’s like 7/8 folded pages and are sewn in the middle. They take the signatures and adhere the back lining page. That’s where the adhesive comes in. You do cut the strings in the middle and take apart a signature at a time. It’s tricky around the adhesive. They are very good bound books! You were so careful and did great! Looking forward to seeing the process of punching for the Filofax!!

My parents went on an Alaskan cruise in July, they said that it wasn’t that cold. Around the 70s or high 60s. They loved it also.

You are correct and in this case, because I was punching holes in the sidebar, I wanted to be sure I had the maximum amount of paper to work with. I am confident enough with a box knife to cut down a $1.00 notebook, but not the Hon. Plus, I thought it was fun to see and share just how well they are made!!😉🌼 I hope you have an amazing day!

Frankenplanner was a term used years ago when people were uncoiling the Erin Condren planners and making them in to Happy Planners. They would keep certain Happy Planner inserts and some EC pages. Kind of like putting Frankenstein together with a bunch of different pieces. 😉 I Hope you were able to get some sleep! I loathe nights like that!!! Hi!😊 I love your nails!!😍 So pretty! I am now sitting here reminding myself of why I don’t need an a6 hobonichi even though they’re so cute and I love the paper and I kindof want an a6 hobonichi! Goodness😂 I am super excited for this! I am also so similar in that I have a cover from a notebook that I did keep because I’m convinced I will make my own little journal with the cover. I haven’t yet but I believe I will🤞🏽 And I love books so much but then I will deconstruct notebooks and journals to create something new with them. I still can’t with a book book but notebooks yes. I even struggle with my wreck this journal and the whole point of that book is to wreck it!😅 Is your Rebecca Nurse the Rebecca Nurse in The Crucible play (and I think there’s a movie?) Because I played Rebecca Nurse in The Crucible my sophomore year! One of my better performances because I accidentally poked my eye with mascara right before the final scene and it looked like I was crying because of the story but really my eye was burning with mascara! I know the kind of water you’re talking about! It’s so pretty!! I had a relative take an Alaskan cruise and the pictures, she said it was absolutely worth it! Yes, same Rebecca!! Can you believe that? History is amazing and family history can also be very interesting! OMG! I do that at least once a quarter and then have crying eye make up all day!!!!
