Cricut Explore Air 2 (Optional) amzn.to/2lHxKXn
Cricut Maker (Optional) amzn.to/2lnoibq
NOTE: I say optional on the Cricket machines because with "this" project it is easier to use the Cricut Machine BUT you don't have to use one. With patience, you could cut your Cricut Infusible ink transfer sheets with scissors or use an inkjet printer with Laser paper and the Cricut Infusible Ink pens.

Great job! They look amazing!
Dee Ann Poole Thank you so much ❤️
After watching your video. I was successful in completing my coasters. Thank you
Hi DeAnn, YaY! Great job. Thank you for letting me know too! 😊
This is the exact tutorial I needed for my very first project with the Maker! Thank you so much!
Hi Donna, I am so excited for you! Welcome to the Cricut Family too! You're very welcome, enjoy your coasters 😊
This was one of the best RUclips’s on basics I have watched would like one on texting drawing a little more detailed thanks
Hi Diana, Thanks so much for the kind comment ♥ Can you share with me exactly what you are requesting? I am not sure I understand? "texting drawing a little more detailed"? Are you referring to how to draw with infusible ink pens instead of the infusible ink transfer sheets? Thanks so much too!
This would make a great Thanksgiving decoration too. Thanks for your clever ideas.
You are so welcome! 😀
This is a really helpful video! I wanted to make these for Christmas gifts but didn’t know where to start. My one question is that I only have the original Easy Press. Can I use that or do I need the Easy Press 2?
Hi Lynda, Yup you sure can. According to Cricut's Heat Guide, the square coasters with infusible ink would press for 360° for 120 seconds. I love the coasters for gift ideas! I keep wanting to design some snowflake files...hmmmm lol Happy crafting! 😊
@@DeniseHumphrey Thank you so much fir the quick response! Happy Thanksgiving!
@@lyndawolfertz4207 You are very welcome. Thank you for the Thanksgiving blessings and Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
Is the coaster a cricut brand
Hi Betty, yes this is a Cricut brand coaster 😊
What do you seals these with? I used Mod Podge and they came out terrible
Judy Seals Hi Judy, I do not seal Infusible Ink Coasters. Thanks for asking 😊
Denise Humphrey I think that the problem was that I had the original press. Only went to 360 degrees. The colors were running when damp from drink
Judy Seals Oh, so sorry! Thanks for sharing, I had no idea that could happen 😳
You use butcher paper under the coaster. The Cricut heat guide recommends four pieces of butcher paper or white card stock under the coaster and butcher paper on top. Why did you choose to do it with butcher paper underneath and card stock on top?
Dee Ann Poole, I accidentally reversed the sort order 😳 Unfortunately no way to edit or note in video once it’s uploaded. On a positive note, I’ve not made that mistake again, YaY 😁 Great catch btw!
Thanks for the explanation. I thought you were sharing a secret! Your video helped push me over the edge to make my own. Thank you so much.
Dee Ann Poole Congratulations! So proud of you 😊
Looking for koosie material to use...
Hi Texaschic79915, Are you looking for koosie material by the yard or ?
@@DeniseHumphrey square pieces like tile
@@Texaschic79915 If you want to cut your own sizes with your cricut, I'd look to fabric stores such as "fabricwholesaledirect" or "Joanns". If you want them pre-cut, perhaps a promotional company such as "totallypromotional" or Alibaba. Hope this helps ♥
@@DeniseHumphrey didn’t think of that ... thank you so much
@@Texaschic79915 You're so welcome! Glad I could help
Why can’t you do at least two at a time?
Hi Jeanetta! You can do multiple coasters at once as long as your Easy Press heat plate covers 100% of the coasters. This day I was using the cute little 6 X 7" Easy Press which only fits one coaster at a time. Great question, thanks for asking!
