I'm looking into doing this on my 2014 A6 as well. do you know how much of a lift it was from factory? There are block kits for sale but windering if there is an advantage to doing it with the q5 springs. Also, did the q5 springs just fit on or were there other complications?
It was a lot easier than you would think H&R lift springs for the audi Q5 is what I installed. I will add that running 30" tires creates a problem on high speed turns because it will activate the esp even when you are not going that fast. The camber is a bit off in thr front, and 034 motorsport sells adjustable upper control arms that would solve. I even bought them but never got around to installing them. It is pretty funny that most people don't even realize how tall the car is until they get in or a park next to another car.

H&R lift spring just fit. The rears were very easy to put in with this spring compressor from ECS tuning. 013845SCH01A.
