Sending prayers up for comfort for your family. I am sorry to hear this and feel honored that you shared your personal story with us. Losing a parent at any age is hard. I am still mourning for the loss of my father in 2021. It is a process of many different stages. In my situation, it was best for me to ask for help when I needed it. Some days I was in denial and a person speaking on it made me extremely upset. Please encourage your hubby to let know when he needs your support. God Bless!

I’m so sorry @keke that you & your husband are going through this. My heart & prayers go out to you. Losing your mother is a pain that hurts beyond any words. I lost both my mom 12/27/17 & my sister 11/27/17. I cried this weekend on Mother’s Day. My mom’s birthday also is tomorrow. She was my best friend too. Oh how I miss her daily hugs & our talks. You’re right about when someone you love is hurting you literally FEEL their hurt too. You are definitely an amazing wife to your husband. Keep on following your heart on when to give him space & when to ask him what he needs. I know he appreciates you beyond any words. Now I know why you were on my mind/heart so much the past couple of weeks. I’m glad I reached out to check on you. I genuinely care. God bless you both & thank you for opening up about what you’re both going through. Lots of love & prayers going your way. I really am a sincere prayer warrior. 🙏💖🙏🤗♾️
