What is wrong is that temu is literally stealing designs from crocheters and artists and stealing the designs and mass producing them. It is sad that they are putting crafters out of business. Tradesmark attornies are going after them and the etsy and ebay accounts that are listing copied items.

I’ve been buying most of my business inventory from Temu for the past 2 years and I’m in South Africa. There are also hundreds of videos here on RUclips and TikTok about reselling Temu items and buying stuff off Temu at wholesale prices
So many Temu sellers steal ideas/products from actual Etsy artisans and sell it for super cheap. So, it's not necessarily the other way around. I agree with buying wholesale items to make your own items, but be weary of buying already made items.

i starting a hand made jewlery business buying crystals and pearls and other beautiful beads and chains from temu out of prob 20 orders where iv orderd at least 10 items each time . iv only ever had 2 things that where bad i could have got money back but it was so cheap it was not worth it but please dont go by the videos because they are not always that size.and i always order 1 of each item to check quality first then put bigger orders in it taks around two weeks delivery here in England hope this helps someone thanks for the video

It's because Temu steals real crafters and influencer photos to sell their products like Wish used to do. That's why when you order some stuff they don't look exactly right. 😂
Hi there! The item does not have to be handmade in order to sell it on etsy. However, Etsy does expect you to list your partners or whoever makes the product you sell. But it does not HAVE to be handmade.

You are so right, I was looking through temu and saw their tshirts had alot of designs that I would sale, Their price was way cheaper than what I sale for and it just hit me, to just order the shirts from temu and sale them along with my other shirts. No time or energy invested just a little money. Thanks for widening my view!
