_Five tiers of niacin (100 grams or 3.5 oz)_ :
1:55 *Tier 1* (1 serving): Yellowfin, skipjack tuna (not canned or bluefin) anchovies, liver beef/pork but not poultry, unfortified nutritional yeast (3 heaping tablespoons)
2:25 *Tier 2* (2 servings): Peanuts/peanut butter, livers of veal, chicken or turkey, lean cuts of meat, canned tuna/fresh bluefin tuna, salmon, mackerel, yellowfin, amaerican shad, sturgeon, mahi mahi, bluefish, hemp, chia, sunflower.
7L17 *Tier 2 special category* (full of niacin but hard to eat enough (100 grams) to meaningfully contribute): Dried spirulina, coriander, chili pepper, paprika, parsley, ginger, tarago, cayenne pepper.
3:27 *Tier 3* (3-5 servings): Most other fin fish (not shellfish), sesame seeds, tahini, pumpkin/squadsh seeds, pine buts, almonds, chestnuts, flax seed, peas, non muscle/liver cuts of meat, fatty meat, mushrooms (white, portobello, shiitake, cirimini), heavy italian dark roast coffee
4:42 *Tier 4* (neutral towards niacin): beans, crustaceans (shellfish, crab, lobster), deli meats/bacon, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, kale, cabbage, other coffees. Whole grains/sprouting/fermentation of whole grains.
6:18 *Tier 5* (harmless, but can hurt if bulking up): all other foods that are not mostly fat/sugar or unenriched/refined flours (basically processed food).
Excellent and nuanced discussion as usual. Do you see yourself doing a video on bovine/caprine colostrum at any point?

It's confusing cronometer got very different nutritional profiles for non fortified nutritional yeast but non of them has daily amount 30mg of niacin per 3 heaping tbsp. Best have maybe 1/3 of rda. In other video you said non fortified nutr yeast have very low riboflavin but some of them on cronometer can get a daily amount per 3 tpsp they are higher in b2 than b3

No Peanuts for me. Peanuts can contain toxins like Aflatoxin. Some people are severely allergic to these legumes.
