Back in the 70s I use to surf this wave by myself. I wouldn't dream of paddling out with those kitchen sinkers wreaking every wave. Surfing takes years to learn how to manage this type of wave and a mopper can go out there the first day and looken the place ugly.

HJFrench can’t agree more, I surf and boog, and I find em both challenging, I also watch loads of videos on both sports. Never seen a surfer bust a air off a 12ft wave. Also a lot more booths paddle in to waves then surfers rowing them
