My heartfelt gratitude to this channel for generously detailing the actual ingredients and process. I am originally from Bangladesh and have been living in the United States for four decades and wish we could eat such street-food Bun Kabab (my ultimate comfort food), and now thanks to this gentleman, I can share this video with my wife who can now make this in our home. A few suggestions, add more lighting in your kitchen and keep the flies out. If you can add a static camera on the top/ceiling to focus on the counter while the other camera moves around with you.
