It 100% was Lindsey eating it on a box jump, while I was waiting for my first class, that had me questioning my choices. I’m so glad I stayed. You and your gym changed our lives. I am super proud of you friend. So cool to be on this journey and see how far you’ve come. Keep this up! Super fun!

I enjoyed this! Currently studying for my level 2 as a gym instructor / level 3 PT at the age of 38 with good intentions… I have had moments recently thinking ‘what am I doing?! What if I am no good!!?’ Who would use me??!!’ My fiancée is my rock though and is behind me 100% in my madcap journey. Definitely a keeper! Please keep up with the podcast in this style. As crazy as it sounds, it’s like you’re talking directly to me!

Glad you enjoyed it! Imposter syndrome is tough to manage. It never fully goes away. Just be willing learn and accept mistakes. And MAKE CORRECTIONS!!

I still think "Kettle Bell Commander" would be pretty cool if Phil Robertson and the boys would be all right with it. You might need to let the beard go a little longer, though.

Funny enough this beard used to be much longer!
