I’ve decided that NOTHING is going to take my sex away, as it’s an important aspect of intimate connection with my partner. Yes, there are some tough times and it takes some effort, but if there’s a Will there’s a way 😍
You really gave a good explanation about how the woman feels...but really no solutions to getting the libido back like the title suggests

Thank you for not letting me waste my time watching this video
Hi.I am pre menopause my sister at menapause.I complaint to her about I have no sexual desire whatsoever..(I am lucky because I am single)but she is married. She told me..even people talking about hormones replacement negative...all her friend who did it feel great sexually...and mostly all her friend who wanna go through naturally..and using this and that herb..not getting any result.I am single,so there is no a nagging man😂..but what pisses me off I know that I don't take care of myself enough. When you feel sexual..you care how you look, your clothes, your hair etc...but I have no desire to look great..just blah..get through the day.But I promised myself that I will change that.
@daisicooper2 you are right...women have feel pretty and desirable in order to be in the mood. When you go thru menopause you really don't feel like yourself let alone pretty! Things are better now, just gotta give it time.
Brilliant. I really needed to hear this. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
My partner and I ratherly make love anymore. I also broke down in tears because my manhood has been affected more, so nowadays, in my life. I even had enough with bad sex and every man can agree that bad sex isn't great to have at all. However, I had to learn to accept it. This relationship has been a tough lesson, and I really don't enjoy the wait for knowing she is in the mood to make love. I'm a strong individual and haven't ever been married. Love overall is a tough subject for most people, and most learn to accept things as they are always unfortunately. 😔
wow, you are describing, my experience completely, your honesty is much appreciated, my wife is beautiful, but she no longer wants and desires, at first, I thought maybe she met someone else, but that's not her, she's a committed family person, she told me she just doesn't feel anymore her sexuality, it's an adjustment, we had a great sex life, but I've finally come to accept this is a common womans thing, wishing you very best, thank you
@Sue Sue the energy of your comment is dark and negative, this was not in the light of what we were discussing, there is no place for language like that in my world, I wish you very best but please this is not a world I wish to live in with thoughts like that
@@grenda5 I don't think you said anything wrong. Rather you have my strong sympathy. Hope you find happiness in the future.
thank you for sharing.. my wife and I have visited Menopause Land.. everything you said is spot on… however at the end of the day, it’s still a responsibility and a decison to stay sexually engaged with your spouse.. we had to negotiate our way forward and while we don’t have as much as we used to. (which I miss) we reached a compromise we can feel good about and affirm each other…
the sex… when we engage is still great… getting there is something we have to keep working on
How old are u both and how often u make weekly
It effects my self esteem
Ty IL keep this in mind
Whats the answer?
The difficulty question, that no one seems to address, is what can men do after our wives/girlfriends have gone through menopause to keep sexual interest alive?
It’s been a couple years now since my partner has gone through menopause. She’s healthy and active and had an easy transition.
So easy that I didn’t notice.
What we have noticed is that I seemed to have lost interest in her sexually. I’m retrospect, it seemed to have started soon after her menopause.
I think I was subconsciously responding to her pheromone cycles.
We’re at an impasse now. We love each other very much but … I’m still as hot blooded and virile as I was in my twenties but I really need those pheromonal signals to draw me in.
What does one do if their husband is not supportive? Mine is a very angry, sex starved man. Thirty years of marriage and he is not a communicator. Lack of sex for him has been an ongoing problem during our younger years as well due to some health problems that plagued me in my thirties. His patience is wearing out and he’s sleeping in another bed in the house because of my inability to keep him happy. I live in a small city with no ob gyn doctors and my family doctor of over twenty years retired last year. We have a doctor shortage and finding a new one is difficult. The last one I saw to try and replace my wonderful doctor refused to test my hormones and wanted to put me on antidepressants.

My went through menopause at about 10 15 years ago we still don't have sex she's not interested in having it doesn't think we need it , we're both in our 60s ..
Two years post surgical menopause and I am about to divorce because I have no desire and have become repulsed to even french kissing. I used to have a high libido.
How unfortunate, has things changed since you posted
I know exactly what you mean. I think we've had sex in the past two years about two times. So, my husband feels like some caged animal. I miss the intimacy, and so does he. We're not getting along. We don't argue, and mostly he just clams up and won't speak to me for a few days which drives me nuts. And sad to say ladies, but sometimes there's no remedy to the painful sex. And really, who wants to have painful sex. That's life, and we just have to cope with it. 😞
@@marialeach8960 Solve it or accept a divorce.
I get treated like crap, sex life in the toilet, and I have to deal with the fact that she is psychotic and she will never be accountable for her actions. How is it worth it to stick around, this is abuse
You need to write down your thoughts and feelings and work out a solution. Unfortunately nobody is going to solve this mystery for you, but YOU have the power to. God bless, stay well.
and what if you never get aroused, like you don't feel any sexual umph at all?
That's what I'm trying to figure out.
Testosterone is the solution- along with bio identical HRT.
