Start the engine, and turn the idle screw in until you get a slightly fast idle, or hold the throttle just barely cracked, to keep the engine idleing. Turn the airscrew slowly in, and then out, until you find the point where the idle is fastest. Now is the time to determine if you have the correct pilot installed in your carb. The airscrew position determines this for you, making it very simple. If your airscrew is less than 1 turn from closed, you need a larger pilot jet. If it is more than 2.5 turns from closed, you need a smaller pilot jet.

To know the real flow rate, you need the wall thickness of the pipe, which when you subtract the wall thickness of the pipe from the outside diameter, gives you the actual Inside diameter of the tube.... In other words, you really don't know how much it flows. Not trying to be a dick. Just passing on info. But, if it rips on the bike, well "nuff said.

Angus Evans tb parts sells the 26mm with the 143 bbk . You should be running a 28mm with that 190.

I got a DRD on my klx 143 stock head stock air box modded for more air flow so it doesnt make that air sucking sound the DRD sound mean asf

Sometimes you have to tune the bike it don’t work the best if you have stock internals with a modified exhaust try tuning it more

26mm is way too big for a 110cc. I have a 155 and I'm running a 24mm carb. You should have a 19-22mm on that thing.
