I am learning this piece, and listen to various interpretations. The flow of your playing and David Russell's are the most coherent and understandable for this crazy beautiful piece. Thank you so much!
As in the fantasie I listened your playing reminds me of the quote of Arthur Rubinstein: ' play it like you sing it'. And that is what you do, you make the pieces sound as songs without words.
Ha! I listened to this before I read your description above - and I thought you actually made it sound like a piano! Especially the final few bars. Utterly beautiful, thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Fiona! Without having read the sheet music, I feel that you always emphasize the melody in a fantastically way. What a wonderful interpretation and conceivable performace. So inspiering! Many thanks! Now you have to get to drink a good pint of beer at the pub as a reward! Excuse my deficient english! Greetings! //Tobias
Fiona, that was so beautiful. I figured out how to play Recuerdos De Alhambra and, I decided to get a degree in music right after that. But, the school went to teach the basics and just rehashed scales and things like that. I've lost the touch of playing classical guitar. I need a teacher. Do you do private lessons?
Hi Kalonji I'm sure you have found a teacher now ... but in case you want a refresh or some lessons, please do get in touch via my website: www.fionaharrison.co.uk Goodluck with re-kindling the joy.

That's very kind of you. I like to approach it closer to that of a pianist - than some other guitar performers... Much appreciated.
Beautiful playing Fiona, thank you😊
Thank You Maestro
I was captivated from the first few notes, you gave it that heart like pulse that inspired me.
So so beautiful Fiona ❤️❤️👏👏👏
Brilliant. I love this one
Such poetry in your phrasing Fiona. As we say in Ireland ''That would send you'' Kudos maestra.
THANK YOU

Thank you - this is exactly what I'm aiming for. It's very tricky to do - but we can always strive!
Absolutely sublime
🙏 thank you.
This is luscious and rich in its beauty of conception, execution and sound. Chris' guitar sounds wonderful in your hands. Thanks Fiona.
Lovely
Bravo! The next to last chord, the Gm6 in fifth position. That is the only satisfying voicing...and you did it all fantastically!😊😊😊
That's really kind of you, thank you!
Loving your recent posts, keep them coming! xx
Thanks you two!
